I love smoothies for breakfast. They are quick and easy to throw together. I make this one quite often.
Paleo. Gluten Free. Soy Free.
8 oz. coconut milk (use a canned coconut milk for creamier shakes)
1 tbs of Dr. Axe's collagen powder
2 tbs. sunflower seed butter or other nut butter
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbs. of chia and flax seed powder
1 scoop of protein powder - I like this brand or make it Vegan by using this brand
Mix all your ingredients in a blender until smooth and drink in a glass or eat in a bowl! You can always sub in other fruits or veggies you like better. I like this one because it is just sweet enough without going overboard. Serves - 1
